Aslaug is part of , in which designer Shannon Okey celebrates the textile traditions of northern climes by remixing visual patterns collated in the renowned Íslensk sjónabók. The sjónabók a collaboration among many Icelandic museums, features 700 pages of imagery drawn from textile and other decorative object collections all over Iceland.
